Hi, I’m Cheyenne, the stylist and creative mind behind Cheys of Color! I’m a licensed cosmetologist who’s been passionate about hair and beauty since middle school. I specialize in lived-in color, blonding, vivid transformations, and bridal styling — but what I love most is helping clients feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. I believe your hair tells your story, and every appointment should be an experience — not just a service. Whether you’re coming in for a refresh, a big change, or your wedding day glam, my goal is to create a look that reflects you and enhances your natural beauty from the inside out. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a small business and independent stylist, my schedule runs on trust, communication, and respect for one another’s time. To best serve all clients and maintain fairness in scheduling, the following policies apply: Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled time will result in a 50% service charge of the total booked service. • No-shows (failing to show up without notice) will result in a 100% service charge and require a deposit to rebook future appointments. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. • Clients arriving 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and charged a late cancellation fee (50% of service). Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your scheduled appointment. • Deposits do go toward your final total and secure your appointment slot. Emergencies: I understand that life happens as it does for me as well— illness, emergencies, and unexpected events are part of life. Please communicate as soon as possible if something arises; I’m always willing to work with you when possible.
